The Brief
Treble was tasked with organising the first ever DHL Africa Cup, the African leg of the DHL Football and Cheerleading Cups held across the globe.
This unique experience for DHL staff from Express Sub-Saharan Africa added to the company’s many innovative ways of rewarding staff.
Our Activation
Treble provided a full event management solution appling all the same principles of professionalism to ensure the DHL employees would also experience the tournament as professional footballers do.
680 participants from 42 countries were flown into Cape Town to compete in two days of football. The participants experienced true Cape Town hospitality.
The Results
Treble provided a full-service destination and event management solution for DHL with 2019 an even bigger success. Cape Town will again host the third DHL Africa Cup later in 2020.
