Boktown raises money for SuperSport’s Let’s Play

While the victorious Springboks’ 2019 Rugby World Cup brought joy to the hearts of South Africans across the country, the ever-popular Boktown events held at the various Tsogo Sun Gaming venues also made a difference by raising money for Multichoice’s SuperSport Let’s Play initiative.

A portion of the Boktown ticket sales from 2019 were raised to help fund the worthy Let’s Play initiative, where the youth of our country are a valued possession of our nation. Let’s Play is about enabling children to live healthier lives through the power of sport and ensure our kids have a safer, brighter and better tomorrow.

Sandile Luthuli, Multichoice’s CSI Manager, received a cheque of R67 162.59 from Sanele Ntombela of Tsogo Sun Silverstar on behalf of the Springbok Supporters’ Club and the Montecasino, Suncoast and Garden Route Boktown venues.

Treble Group MD, Kyle Nel, was pleased that the Springbok Supporters Club, along with Tsogo Sun Gaming, could play a part in unearthing the next sporting superstar from South Africa.
