Absa Boktown 2015: A sweet success for Springbok Supporters Club
Absa Boktown is about creating a unique experience, going beyond the 80 minutes on the field, with live entertainment, great sponsor giveaways and the chance to meet and greet SA rugby legends and meet Bokkie; the official Springboks Mascot. It’s a place where passionate and faithful fans can come together and cheer on our Men in Green and Gold.
The Springbok Supporters Club hosted Absa Boktown events around South Africa during the 2015 Rugby World Cup Springbok pool games, quarter-finals and semi-finals, at the following venues:
- Montecasino, Johannesburg
- Gold Reef City, Johannesburg
- Silverstar Casino, Johannesburg
- Suncoast Durban, Durban
- Barnyard, Willowbridge, Cape Town
- V&A Waterfront, Cape Town
In addition to the Absa Boktown venues mentioned above, the Springbok games were screened at these venues:
- Emnotweni, Nelspruit
- Caledon Casino, Caledon
- Golden Horse, Pietermaritzburg
- Garden Route, Mossel Bay
- The Hanger, Port Elizabeth
